Please Read: How to Help Our Site at No Cost to You - Some of our articles contain recommendations for products we like and vendors we personally trust. Some of those vendors may pay us a very small commission if you click on a link and buy their products. This costs you nothing at all and helps offset the costs of what we do. So if we point you to something you decide to buy later, please make certain you come back through our site and click on the link directly. Thanks.

This Site is a Cookie-Free Zone - Except for discussion forums that you have to expressly register for, none of our pages use cookies of any kind. Some of the vendors we link to do, but that won't affect you unless you click on a link to their pages. Your continued use of this page indicates that you agree to our policy. Other Resources
Paul Race speaking: Many folks know more about autoharps, play them better, tweak them better, teach them better, and repair them better than I do. The goal of this page is to steer you to reliable people and the resources they have created. I have learned a great deal just by "hanging out" with some of these folks online, and you will, too. In addition, "static" resources like books and online articles are great to learn from, and to review once in a while to clarify things you may have not quite got the first time through.
We have more links and products to suggest, but we're waiting on permissions, etc., before we add them to our various lists.
In the meantime, here are links to the resources we've found most helpful, and the people we've found most encouraging.
And if we can "toot our own horn" just a little, we have developed a booklet that answers most of the questions that most newbies have. It's our attempt to help you you get a "jump start" without getting lost in content that doesn't really apply to you now, and may never apply.
Clicking on the picture will take you a page that gives you more information.
Conclusion
Our lists of resources will grow as we check out other materials. No one has all the answers, and the people who have the answers don't always agree on anything, but plowing through the resources that are available now should help you learn things you now quickly.
Whatever else you get out of our pages, I hope you come away with some great ideas for "sharing the joy."
And please stay in touch!
- Paul Race
